Please send us a list of the items you would like to sell us by downloading and filling out the template below. The form has been pre-populated with some examples for your reference. Once we receive the form we can let you know the buy price subject to final inspection. Please note the price may differ upon final physical inspection.

Once we receive your list we will offer to buy your collection outright OR give you a consignment option.   If the selection does not meet our criteria, we will not buy.

•  Provide pictures of your storage location, we may require a site visit
•  Also have pictures ready for us if requested. The list will be directed to the buyer in charge

Once we approve the list of items to be purchased or consigned. We require the timely delivery of your inventory to our facility. 

We will make arrange a dedicated time slot with you to receive your collection and sign the Sale/Consignment documents.  

Upon receipt of the wines, we may request to open a bottle with your request to make sure the provenance is good.  Doing so allows us to guarantee the condition of the batch

•   Fast and efficient inspection
•  Pack the bottles carefully
•  Delivery in the morning is preferred
•  Be aware of condensation as their might be label damage

Outright purchase:
Once we inspect your wines, if everything is in order we will transfer shortly after inspection.

Consignment:
Once we inspect your wines a contract will signed.  At the end of each month, we will calculate the total sales and remit the net amount to you by the 5th of the following month.
