How can I earn Reward Points and how much are they worth?

When you shop at solera.com.hk you will earn 1 points for each HK$1 spent.  

You may redeem Reward Points in blocks of 1,000 points.

1,000 Reward Points = HK$10

You must create an account with us before your first purchase to enable us to associate your Reward Points with your account.

How do I use my Reward Points?

Shop online as normal and at the checkout simply click “Place Order” at the bottom of the checkout page.
Your Rewards Points will become active once your order has been shipped.  Therefore there may be a short period of time before your Reward Points may be active due to verifcation of funds and completion of your order.

How do I check my Reward Points? 

When you login use the My account feature at the top of the site – your current Reward points will be summarized on the bottom of the screen.  Or you can click here to see a summary of all of your Reward Points.

Do my Reward Points expire?

Yes, your Reward Points will expire exactly one year from the date they become active.

Terms and Conditions

• Points are only given on the value of goods purchased, not on shipping and surcharges.
• If you delete your account, you will lose your Reward Points, and they will be irretrievable.
