Live Inventory

Everything you see on Solera.com.hk is live — our stock is updated in real time. Orders are subject to final confirmation, payment clearance and stock readiness.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received and cleared before goods are released. Bank transfer, FPS, cheque, cash and card options may be available as shown at checkout or on invoice.

Title and Risk

Goods remain the property of Solera until payment is fully cleared. Risk passes to the customer once goods are collected, delivered, or otherwise released according to the agreed arrangement.

Order online and collect from our Sheung Wan location same day* Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for most local orders, subject to timing, payment and logistics.

Condition and Inspection

Fine wine, Champagne, whisky and spirits can vary by age, storage history and packaging condition. Please inspect goods promptly on collection or delivery.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges or cancellations are handled case by case, subject to product type, condition, order status and applicable law. Contact us quickly if there is a problem.

Age Restriction
