Louis Latour Chevalier-Montrachet Les Demoiselles 1995 is a mature Grand Cru white Burgundy built for collectors who value rarity, pedigree and tertiary complexity. It is a cellar-worthy bottle for buyers seeking serious Chardonnay from one of the Côte de Beaune's benchmark sites.
From the Producer
Maison Louis Latour was founded in 1797 and remains a family-run négociant-éleveur based in Beaune, now led by the seventh and eighth generations of the Latour family. The house acquired its parcel of the Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru vineyard, including the "Les Demoiselles" climat, in 1913, and has produced this white Burgundy from the site ever since.
