The domaine farms old vines across tiny parcels of the Côte de Nuits and produces very limited bottles even at village level. Les Jachées is a Vosne-Romanée climat bottled by Bizot, prized by collectors who want the domaine's house style expressed through a named lieu-dit rather than a generic Bourgogne cuvée.
