The inky blue/purple-colored 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Au Sommet is filled with blackberry, blueberry, graphite and floral notes. Composed of 97.3% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2.7% Petit Verdot, it reveals a pleasant underlying earthy/terroir component, but the fruit dominates and this medium to full-bodied 2010 is rich, textured, and impressively endowed.
